Step 2
Following an accepted offer we will fix-up (or build in the case of vacant land) the property, and you will earn interest on the equity until the property is sold.
Step 3
When the property is sold you will receive the principal (i.e. the equity at the start of the project) plus all interest accrued up until the end of the project.
